Faster, I suppose, although demo square wrong size comparison. Not sure how this method eliminated "hopefully you sewed straight/cut straight" as it doubles sewing & cutting and then adds now we have ALL BIAS EDGE to the mix? "Hopefully they don't stretch too much!"
